Born in Kiev in 1974, he studied film directing at the University of Drama and Art. He has worked for Dovshenko Studio in Kiev and Lenfilm in St. Petersburg,has written several television screenplays and is a published short story writer.His film THE INCIDENT was shown at several international festivals. DIAGNOZ is his second short film – has been selected into Berlinale shorts competition - 2009
